Printing a Dataset

Open a table or SQL query result. For table, switch to Data tab.

Solution 1

Choose Tools | Print Table Data.... Select needed options and click Preview. The table will be printed as it appears on the screen. Note, that hidden columns will not be printed. Check whether everything is OK and, if yes, click Print button, otherwise close the preview and change the options or make changes in the data grid.

Solution 2: Using Report Builder

1. Click Report Builder button.
2. Report template will be shown. Customize it if you wish.
3. Click Preview.
4. In Preview window, click Print, select needed options and click OK.
