Here are some examples of ADO connection string you can use for opening databases in Database Tour software.

These connection strings contain the most important parameters required for opening databases. Sometimes, you might want to add other parameters to adapt the connection string for your needs.
Some parameters may depend on versions of Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) and corresponding drivers installed on your computer.
If you cannot find the corresponding example for your database type in this topic, please try to search in Internet. There are many connection string examples there.
Some connection strings are successfully used in both 32-bit architecture or 64-bit architecture, but some are not. If a connection string does not work in Database Tour (Pro) 32-bit, try it in Database Tour (Pro) 64-bit, and vice versa.
Please note that using ADO and ADO connection strings is optional in Database Tour. There are also other ways of opening databases.
